The Unbound Collection by Hyatt Offers a Dynamic Customer Experience Catered to Guests’ Personal Tastes

In order to extend the strength and recognition of both its brand and customer experience for travellers across France, Uruguay and beyond, the Hyatt Hotels Corporation is announcing the launch of an entirely new brand. Hyatt calls it the Unbound Collection, and the brand hopes it will win customer loyalty and further differentiate itself in the overcrowded and highly competitive hospitality industry.

To succeed in this endeavor, the Unbound Collection by Hyatt is planned to be a unique grouping of independent stay customer experiences that will include both new and current upscale and luxury properties. Each one will offer an individual customer experience with a distinctive flair. Regardless of the type of hotel experience different guests want, Hyatt hopes to accommodate individual tastes and preferences. These properties will feature restored and historic urban treasures, trendy modern atmospheres, specialized boutique hotels, various resorts and more.

What really excites us about The Unbound Collection by Hyatt is that this portfolio provides rich social currency through story-worthy, shareable experiences that guests will take with them long after their stay.”

In addition to including the Hôtel du Louvre in Paris, France, and the Carmelo Resort & Spa in Carmelo, Uruguay, the Unbound Collection also features the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas, and the Coco Palms Resort in Kauai, Hawaii.

Guest are assured to receive the high quality service they would expect to get at any Hyatt hotel, while also getting the individual flair that fits their individual style. Plus, each property will also link with Hyatt’s award-winning loyalty program.

More properties are expected to join the Unbound Collection going forward.
