Newcastle Infiniti Dealership Takes Home Award for Distinguished CX

A seamless and impactful customer experience is paramount in automobile sales. There exists a negative connotation surrounding the auto sales industry, and pristine CX is essential to turning this image around and creating profitability and increased retention. With this in mind, car manufacturer Infiniti has proven its dedication to this customer experience, with its Vertu Motors dealership taking home a regional award for being among the top-five performing dealerships in Europe.

The award comes as a result of alignment between corporate objectives and frontline employee engagement, with centre manager Jeff Aynsley saying, “I’m very proud that the dealership has secured this accolade. The team here work hard to ensure they have an intimate knowledge of every vehicle in the Infiniti range so that they can answer any queries customers may have.” An associate’s familiarity with the product is sometimes a pain point in the already-opaque car buying process, and employees that are both knowledgeable and passionate about the product can be the X-factor a dealership needs to set itself apart from the competition.

Vertu Motors COO David Crane seconded this recognition of the team effort required to win such an award, saying, “The continued success of Infiniti Centre Newcastle is evidence that Vertu Motors’ emphasis on providing customers with a personable but professional and knowledgeable service is paying off.”
